By registering in our games you fully agree to the following terms.

It is expressly prohibited:

a) Engage in any act that "HAAST GAMES" considers, in its reasonable discretion, to be in conflict with the spirit or intended use of related products and services, including, among others, bypassing or manipulating this contract, the game rules, mechanics or game policies;

b) Make improper use of "HAAST GAMES" services;

c) Use the services, whether intentionally or unintentionally, in relation to any violation of any applicable law or regulation, or to do anything that promotes the violation of any applicable law or regulation;

d) Using exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other form that can be characterized as cheating to modify or interfere with games or obtain benefits, as well as having more than two accounts in "HAAST GAMES" games; joining a party, guild, raid or dungeon room with an alt account; trading between two accounts of the same ownership or using a third party to do so; using alt guilds (created by any member of the same guild, or a with a similar name to an existing one) to battle or relate to each other; using puppet guilds to farm points and guild progress; or any other type of interaction between the accounts.

e) Interrupt, overload or assist in interrupting or overloading (1) any computer or server used to offer or support "HAAST GAMES" services, games and any related products; or (2) the enjoyment or use of the services by any other person;

f) Instituting, assisting or engaging in any type of attack, including, among others, the distribution of virus attacks, denial of service in the services or in the game environment, or other attempts to interrupt the related service;

g) Use the games and their communities to post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, offensive or unacceptable of a racial, sexual or religious nature, or in any other way; or (2) offend / curse members of the game and / or STAFF in forums, groups or any other community connected to the games of "HAAST GAMES";

h) Take advantage of the lack of knowledge of novice users and / or with little gaming experience to encourage you to sell items and / or characters for a value significantly lower than what is really worth.

i) Use the services to post any information that contains material with nudity, excessive violence or offensive subjects, or that contains a link to such content;

j) Make available through the services any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other right of any person or entity, or pretend to be another entity or other person, including, among others, STAFF from "HAAST GAMES";

k) Use the services or any part of it for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to (1) communicating or facilitating any commercial advertisement or offer, or (2) collecting or transferring virtual items for sale;

l) Use the services or any part of it to play tools in play, such as stabilization, stabilization of teams and services for collecting items and characters between accounts;

m) Use the services to transmit unauthorized communications including, but not limited to, junk mail, chain letters, spam and other materials that promote malware, spyware and downloadable items;

n) Use, facilitate, create or maintain any unauthorized connection to the services, including but not limited to (1) any connection to any unauthorized server that emulates, or attempts to emulate, any part of the services; or (2) any connection using programs, tools or software not expressly approved by "HAAST GAMES";

o) Create or change nicknames for the names of any terrorists, Nazi leaders or Nazi war criminals;

p) Request a refund for purchases made and consumed.

q) Selling any type of game content (item, pet, gold, etc) for real money to other players.

r) "HAAST GAMES" may take any action it deems necessary, including banning or permanently deleting the user's account, provided that it suspects anti-game actions or misuse of the services.
